Yummy Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes!!

1/4 cup of unsweetened, natural pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice (or cinnamon)
1/2 cup egg beaters OR 2 egg whites and 1 whole
1 scoop of Muscle Pharm Combat Vanilla protein (or other whey, but I've tried multiple the love this one the most for both its results and its flavor)

Blend all ingredients, and cook on medium heat! Yum!

    Sounds good! Were these thin or runny seeing there's no binder like oats? It sounds like the base to all the pancake recipes I use minus oats or oat flour.

    To answer the question about whether they will be runny, no; they have almost an omelette consistency, only fluffier. This will make only one, but it's a large one that can easily be divided into two pancakes if you use a smaller skillet/pan (I use a large one). Hope you guys enjoy, and sorry for the late response :)
