Plateaued and frustrated...
I have lost 28 lbs in 6 mos. At this point, the scale isnt moving even with two workouts and eating well. Anyone have a words of wisdom, so glad that I am maintaining the loss, but have about 60 lbs to go.

Bruising
Does anyone notice that after weight loss that they get bruises easier? I dont know if its from less fat buffering, or that since Im more active, Im bumping into stuff a lot more. I did see a doctor and am getting blood work to check all, but over all I feel really healthy. If you have any thoughts, let me know :)

Moving down a clothes size or two??
Okay so I am down two sizes, I was a 20 plus. Has anyone gone back to regular non plus sizes? Im afraid to try it on and Im sure it will be completely skin tight. Pain from Biking- TMI

confused about calorie count on eliptical
So I just started excercing two weeks ago and Im very confused. I logged in 25 minutes on the eliptical. The actual machine says i burned 100 calories, but the fitness pal calculater said I burned 140 calories. Which one is right. ?

Eating at Night

I just started last week. The gym that I go to doesnt have a trainer, and I was wondering how to get started. I have been doing about 35 minutes on the bike and some weight training, how do i know how many reps and sets to do for the weights? And how do I know when to bump up the minutes of bike riding etc.
