Help setting a new goal

Hello all.

It took me 50 days to loose 10 lbs. I have diaried, worked out, really tried hard, there were days were I went a little over and some days under. I want to set a realistic loss goal for myself for the end of March. Does anyone have any ideas? I am 5'5 and weigh 228lbs right now. Need help with the goal and maybe ideas on how to bump up my workout, im afraid if I keep doing the same I am plateau. Any ideas would be very much apprecieted.
