If you guys track most of your calories and macros using the USDA database, you'll come to realize that most entries are grouped under 2 common categories: "Survey (FNDDS)" or "SR Legacy." What are the differences between the two? Is SR Legacy supposed to be more accurate?

Hello, Today I ate 150 grams of COOKED brown rice & quinoa (kirkland brand). How can I figure out how many grams the rice weighs when it is uncooked? 140 grams = 220 calories according to the nutrition information on the box, but obviously that is for the uncooked form.
