Best fish oil?

I want to start supplementing with fish oils to boost my omega-3 intake and heal my eczema.
I was browsing the health section at Whole Foods today and was overwhelmed by the amount of selection. There were fish oils (made mostly with anchovies, sardines, and/or mackerel), salmon oils, and cod liver oils. Which one should I choose? I am very confused.
Anyways, my dad owns a pharmacy so he brought me home these ones:

Are these good, or should I be shelling out the extra $$$ to buy a better brand from Whole Foods?

Cost doesn't always equal better quality.

Look at the ratio of EPA to DHAA common ratio is 180 milligrams of EPA to 120 milligrams of DHA, according to a 2004 article published in the “Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine." The article reports that ratios of 2:1 or 1:2 EPA to DHA may be equally beneficial, since both compounds seem to work together. The amounts of EPA and DHA in fish oil are not regulated, so it may be difficult to determine if you are actually getting the levels recommended by the American Heart Association.0 -
They worked for my husband. But, it took almost 6 months of taking the pill. 2 pills a day 1,000 mg each. We also started having green drinks on weekend mornings with Chia seeds (they have omegas also). We also started having a giant green salad once a week.0

I prefer fish oil over Omega 3 cause then I don't need to take D-Vitamins as well but Omega 3 oil usually doesn't have D vitamins unless they're added.
There is hardly any DHA or EPA in them.0 -
http://www.naturemade.com/resource-center/articles-and-videos/heart-health/how-much-fish-oil-consider-the-benefits-of-omega-3s#d5mImWBZvzIgjI5u.97Respected health care organizations proposed intake recommendations for oily fish of two servings per week for healthy adults, which equates to approximately a daily total of 500 milligrams (mg) EPA and DHA.
Second, quality matters. It is important to purchase fish oil from a reputable manufacturer that follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and takes the necessary steps to purify the oil.0 -
I like the Nordic Naturals brand. Just my 2 cents.0

I'd suggest getting Serving recommendations from someone who isn't trying to sell a product.
https://examine.com/supplements/fish-oil/Fish oil doses vary depending on the goal of supplementation. For general health, 250mg of combined EPA and DHA is the minimum dose and can be obtained via fish intake. The American Heart Association recommends 1g daily. If the goal of supplementation is to reduce soreness, a 6g dose, spread over the course of a day, will be effective.0 -
