Restaurant Meat: Choice or Select?

Is a restaurant more likely to use choice or select meat?

I had chicken, ribs, and spaghetti from one of my favourite restaurants tonight for like $25. The baby back ribs weighed 149 grams without the bones, but I'm debating whether I should enter them as choice or select.
