According to the USDA database, 100 grams of chicken drumstick COOKED with skin = 191 calories, 10 fat, and 23 protein.
Is the 100 grams including the bone, or is it just the meat?

So I just weighed two cooked chicken drumsticks, which came up to 177 grams = 338 calories, 18 fat, 41 protein
After I ate the chicken drumsticks, I weighed the bones, which were 51 grams. So I subtracted 51 grams from 177 grams, which came up to 126 grams = 241 calories, 13 fat, 29 protein.
Therefore, I feel that the USDA database for 100 grams of cooked chicken drumsticks actually means 100 grams of cooked chicken WITHOUT the bone.
Because if you think about it, 2 chicken drumsticks cannot equal 41 grams of protein. That's A LOT. And after I ate the 2 chicken drumsticks, I was still hungry. So it makes sense that 2 chicken drumsticks is closer to 29 grams of protein.
I hope I'm right...2
