Diet out the window?!?
Raise your hand if when you are not active, you eat like crap! I took 3 days off from my weekly exercise routine because of a sore back. I ate horribly. Why do we do this?!??

Traveling and eating well
Any advice? Going on a week long vacation soon. Since Oct. of 2014, have been serious...exercised faithfully and eaten well. I have lost 34 pounds. Going somewhere where there will be lots and lots of good food...Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

Cheat day?
Wondering who allows themselves a cheat day? Mine is usually on Sunday. It is a day I do not workout (normally) and cheat on my diet. I might have seconds at dinner, get a Starbucks, eat a sweet, drink a soda, or eat a sugary bowl of cereal. Sometimes all of the above..Just wondering what your opinions are? Should one do…

Need serious help maintaining..
I finally hit my ultimate goal weight of 125. I am having a hard time maintaining 125-128, which is what I would like to do. I now weigh 122 and do not want to go down anymore. Tips, suggestions?? Need some serious advice..125 is what I should be.

Favorite healthy foods...
Let me tell you what I eat..Protein, fiber, fruits, veggies, whole grains, no dairy (just goat cheese and soy or rice milk)...nothing processed, not lots of sugar..I am allergic to eggs, milk, and peanuts. With having said all of this..Please post your favorite things to eat..That I can eat. Go!
