My first day here...

Hello everyone! I am looking to lose about 25-30 pounds and am hoping this site can help me. I lost 70 pounds a few years ago, but have gained some of it back. I am currently in kickboxing and Krav Maga, so I get tons of exercise (at home too.)
My demon is food, so I am counting my calories, hoping this will help me stay on track.
I look forward to making friends here!!

    Welcome and good luck! MFP and logging my food/calories daily has been truely enlightening and has really helped me. I can alwasy use new MFP friends to help me stay motivated, and try my best to support my friend. Feel free to add me (open invite to anyone) if you are serious about this.
