I just found out on the 30th that I was pregnant and due in March. I had it confirmed by a blood test on the 2nd. Well, Sunday I woke up and was pretty sure I had lost the baby. Fitbit app ?
Putting this here because it is such a great motivator! Anyone else having trouble with their Fitbit app or is it just me? Mine won't connect and it closes even before I can hit Send Report.

Not sure where this would go. What scale do you go by?
My scale says that I weigh 267, but at my weight loss doctor's the scale says 275. Either way I am down 3 pounds at home and 5 from the doctor's records. So I don't know which to actually go by. At home I weigh myself weekly.

What do you do for cardio?
I usually walk on a bike path near my house which is part of Ice Age Trail that runs 1200 miles through WI, but lately I've been hiking at Devil's Staircase which is also part of the Ice Age Trail. Never even knew Janesville, WI had this nice trail in the bluffs along the Rock River.

High triglycerides
Anyone else dealing with high triglycerides, but the total cholesterol, HDL, and LDL levels are within the normal range? That is what I am dealing with. I don't know how to get it down either except by just losing weight. What are you doing for it?

hypothyroid and m/c'd last month patially because of it
On July 7th I had a loss at about 5 weeks and my OB wanted to see me on the 2nd nd run some blood work. Despite being on 150 mcg of Levi my TSH was 8.6 and my T4 was 0.83.

In the program it says to do it every day for the 30 days just do level 1 for days 1-10, level 2 for days 11-20 and level 3 for days 21-30. My question is.... How much water do you drink while doing your cardio?
I am just wondering. I drink just over 32 ounces during my hour on the treadmill (5 minute warm-up, 50 cardio and 5 minute cool-down). When I am doing that I get so thirsty and take sips throughout my workout. Am I the only one that drinks constantly? Oh I have a 32 ounce water bottle and fill it to the top past the marker.
