How much water do you drink while doing your cardio?

I am just wondering. I drink just over 32 ounces during my hour on the treadmill (5 minute warm-up, 50 cardio and 5 minute cool-down). When I am doing that I get so thirsty and take sips throughout my workout. Am I the only one that drinks constantly? Oh I have a 32 ounce water bottle and fill it to the top past the marker.

    I am the same way.......If I am doing Cardio at home then I go through all of the water in my 32oz. bottle. I don't take anything with me when I run, but when I get back I can easily down 32oz also.

    I always have a 32 oz bottle with me, Some times I need to refill it and other times I barely drink out of it.

    I haven't invested in a water bottle yet, but doing my half an hour on the treadmill I drink about 16 oz of water. I'm sure I would drink more if i had more.

    I only have a 24 oz bottle, but it's always empty by the time I get off the treadmill.
    Not so much on the elliptical, but Idon't have the coordination.

    I drink my 20 oz bottle during my spin class and then refill and drink again afterwards. I'm still usually down .5 lbs between before and after. =)

    I have a rubbermaid 32 oz. bottle also. When I do squats I probably drink it whole then refill it over half way through and drink it again and sometimes fill it again just by around a quarter and then drink. I don't log this when I drink because it is only to replenish what the body's lost.

    i drink before and after, have usually a 16 to 20oz water bottle. do not drink during, more of a coordiantion thing then anything else. drink more when strenght training cause i take drinks between machines.
