Food aversions... need help!

I can't seem to get myself to eat all fruits and most vegetables. I used to eat apples and bananas, but since I was pregnant with my first ds, who is nearing 18, I haven't been able to eat them. I want to try to eat fruits and more veggies, but when I think of taking a piece from what my dh has cut up for my kids I get a sick feeling in my stomach.

Do you have any ideas what I could do to get me to eat healthier? TIA!

    try TINY bits 1st and see how that goes...
    your kids will pick up on this too seeing you not eating them and they will copy you,,,you really dont want that!
