Not sure where this would go. What scale do you go by?

My scale says that I weigh 267, but at my weight loss doctor's the scale says 275. Either way I am down 3 pounds at home and 5 from the doctor's records. So I don't know which to actually go by. At home I weigh myself weekly.

The best time to weigh yourself for an accurate reading is first thing in the morning when you get up. Basically you have been fasting while you are asleep and that will give you the most accurate reading. Why? Because through out the day you body will fluctuate 3 to 5 pound water weight.0
