Pedometre on Bike Calories Based on who?
So my pedometer on my exercise bike shows how many calories you have burned, who is that based on? A normal weight? if so am I likely to be burning more, also is it a good idea to turn up the difficulty slightly each week like I have been?

Is it ONLY About the Calories?
I would say I am not eating much different bar no snacks and fizzy drinks yet I still save 1500-2000 per day. I am full, I eat ALOT yet it doesnt seem healthy, will I continue to lose weight even when Im eating these foods that are not so good?

How many times do you weigh yourself in 1 "weigh in"
I weigh once on a friday and once on a Monday, Logging the results on a Monday. But ive just done it now, and just stepping on and off changes the results all the time per time its hard to know what to log to be prudent.

Will not sleeping for a night effect weight loss
So I can't sleep today and I was thinking of just staying up, having some Pepsi max to keep me awake, doing some exercise early in the morning, going shopping then coming back for a sleep at say 1 till 4. How will this effect my weight loss.

Today I am in a rush and wont have time to do my daily 500 Cal Exercise, I am just going to eat less, Will this have any effect if the calorie defecit is exactly the same to other days?

Eating what I want and still losing Calorie Control.
Is it the be all and end all? I am still eating what some would view unhealthy meals at times, and I have still lost 20lbs in 7 weeks. I have cut out coke and snacks and it seems to be working. Cant find an accurate figure of Maintenance calories.
Firstly, I dont want to maintain, I want to lose, but I work out how much I eat based on saving 1500 Per day, MFP Diary shows me to lose to eat 2200 , but That is high. 2 & 1/2 lbs Added after 1 curry, water weight?
I couldnt of eaten more than 1000 calories over my limit yesterday if that high at all. But today I am 2 & 1/2 lbs more, is it just water weight, and if so can I lose it by monday? (just when I record my loss) , the last time I had a meal like this I put on 1lb but the next week shifted 6 so I assume that was water weight.
