Im on a calorie controlled diet and its working well with fantastic results since January, however when I look through what I eat , Things like Rice, Bread(pizza base) and pasta (although Im more wary of eating pasta) come up reguarly.
It has worked so far, some days I will have a microwavable Rice (300 Calories) for lunch.
I always said to myself if I could do it without aids I would, and I am, but would these help me even more considering my diet, and also are they proven? And are they worth it?
Cheers

I'm not sure why you'd want to block anything that your body needs.

And you said what you're doing so far is working fantastically, pizza, rice and all, so why change it?

Are you going to take a carb blocker for life? What happens if you take it for awhile and then stop? Make the changes that you can stick with for good, so the fat/weight that comes off STAYS off for good.

Sounds like you're on the right track so far - don't change it.

Not proven, so not worth it.

Carbs are fuel, awesome for workouts.
Just make them fit in your macros and calorie needs.
