Firstly, I dont want to maintain, I want to lose, but I work out how much I eat based on saving 1500 Per day, MFP Diary shows me to lose to eat 2200 , but That is high. My Net per day is roughly 700 Calories (After exercise)
What Im asking is if someone could figure out my actual maintenance intake, so that I get it right.
Stats:
W: 245 lbs
H : 5'11
Activity Level - Sedentary (Although I do 500-600 calories in exercise per day for this activity we will ignor that)
Thanks

    Use this

But if you only net 700 calories, I think that's probably not enough.

Sedentary maintenance for a 5'11", 245 pound 20 year old male is about 2829. This is based on generic formulas, but is a ballpark figure. http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html

A 1,500 deficit is huge. I know I couldn't maintain that for any length of time, at least not happily or healthfully.

If you want to lose two pounds a week, eat about 1800 a day (1000 calorie deficit off sedentary maintenance) PLUS exercise calories. Or, eat a cut from your TDEE for moderately active, which is probably around 3300/day with exercise (you wouldn't eat exercise calories using this method, because they are already factored in). A two-pound-a-week cut would have you eating at a static goal of about 2300/day, and yes - you will still lose, assuming you are accurately tracking your intake WITH a food scale, and exercising regularly.

I don't get why people think 2200 is a high amount to eat. To maintain your current weight you're eating almost 3k calories a day. 2200 puts you at a large deficit especially with your exercise.

My #1 rule while losing 130+ pounds and maintaining for 17 months: Eat as much as possible while still losing the weight you wish to lose, or maintaining the weight you wish to maintain. Starvation is not required. A net of 700 is ABSOLUTELY not required.

    (1) it's not sustainable.
    (2) adequate calorie intake better assures adequate nutrition.
    (3) food is good.

I suppose my response to you is if you CAN eat more and still lose weight, why not eat more? From my own personal experience, huge deficits did NOT lead to faster weight loss. Instead they led to binges. A reasonable deficit was something I could sustain long enough to lose an awful lot of weight, and now I'm maintaining pretty effortlessly.

    Ummmmm...you're netting 700 calories? Stop that **** dude...I'm a 5'10" 180 Lbs pushing 40 male and I lose at a decent clip eating 2250 calories...I maintain around 2650 - 2750 with my current activity level.

Stop the bull**** dude...you're eating like a 4' nothing 90 year old grandma....all you're going to do is destroy your muscle mass doing this...which will look totally awesome when you're done cutting.

well, you have it all figured out then. By all means, don't listen to anyone here who's had a lot of success and already kinda figured this **** out. I would have you look at ShannonMpls ticker for one and her number of posts. I've also been at this stuff for quite awhile myself and have been in maintenance for 9 months...but by all means, just keep doing what you're doing 'cuz you got this brah...

Eat more, I'm 6'1 190 and eat 2000 cals a day and still lose. Don't hurt your body netting 700 cals.
