Not exercising but same calorie defecit, any effects?

Today I am in a rush and wont have time to do my daily 500 Cal Exercise, I am just going to eat less, Will this have any effect if the calorie defecit is exactly the same to other days?

There'll be no difference to weight loss. It doesn't matter where the deficit comes from, diet or exercise.0

just try and not let your total cals go below the 1200 or whatever your BMR is...although for one day it wont really matter
if you are eating consistently in deficit one day is not going to make a difference overall.0 -
200 for my shreddies with milk and 585 for my ready meal for tea.0

thats 785 cals
so you need another 400 cals minimum and you're sorted0
