How to prevent water retention after high Sodium Meal

As in the title, does drinking lots of water work?

I think if you are getting in enough water your body will be naturally flushing the extra sodium intake.. if you generally DONT get enough water ,up your intake and the retained water should shed over a couple of days.. but really.. concentrate on getting enough water on a regular basis, water is the key to every function that your body performs.. its the building block of life as it were.0

Drink lots of water. I also take Digestive Enzymes...seems to help w/bloated feeling0

water retention isn't a bid deal, but to combat it I would suggest, increase water intake and increase potassium intake. Water retention is largely a factor of the sodium/potassium balance in your system. Increase one, you should increase the other.0
