Getting stuck.
I've lost about 16 pounds in just under 2 months. I am finding that I've been stuck at my current weight for over a week. I am exercising, and sometimes I question if I'm exercising too much. I drink enough water, I stay in my calorie goals, TOM is not involved. I need some suggestions to get the ball rollin again!!!!!!

Potassium!?!?!
According to MFP I am supposed to have 3500g of potassium per day. I have yet to meet this goal! I ate 2 bananas and some potato today and I still am under. Why do I need so much? Because I exercise a lot? Do they make potassium supplements? I need help here.....

Jeans are slowly falling off

Food allergies and Low Calorie
