Hi, I'm Jenna....
This isn't my first time on MFP. I was here about a year ago. I lost 22 lbs. I also gained 17 lbs. back. I'm back, I'm trying to do it all right this time. Starting with introducing myself and branching out. If anyone can help support me, or if I can help you please send me a request!!!!

Hi Jenna...welcome back! I did the same thing, and came back just over 100 days ago. Losing more slowly, but allowing myself to be "human" in my diet and have a day here and there without it causing me to be disgusted and quit. At the same time, I've changed my goals. I'm not just here to lose weight; rather I want to make myself stronger and compete- even if it is not in the sport I pursued as a child, and even if I am only "competing" with myself. My advice is to set a goal for yourself with a deadline- a 5k or more or something else that you train toward. You know all about training others, but we coaches rarely give ourselves training goals. :-) Again, glad to see you are back!
