I have been using MFP for about a month now and my biggest challenge is to eat low calorie foods that I am not allergic to!
I cannot eat the following....
Wheat & Gluten
Corn
Almonds (which eliminates almond milk)
Soy (which eliminates soy milk!)
Oats (goodbye granola)
Brocoli or Cauliflower
Cranberry
Yeast
Coconut
Peas
Cabbage
Brussel Sprouts
Sesame
I can have some dairy but not more than one serving a day. I need recipe suggestions. I feel like I am eating the same few items all the time because it's so challenging to find foods I can eat that aren't super high calorie!

Very similar to my food allergies. It sure makes it easier losing weight. I only eat fresh fruit and veggies, eggs, beans, quinoa, lentils, almond milk, lean meat and fish, & peanut butter. That sums up my diet. Good luck!!!0

I think it's just helpful to hear that other people have to deal with it too!0
