I don't do pasta often but, I want to make a tuna casserole. any suggestions for what pasta to use ??

Compare oz.
Do you measure you food with a scale or guess the oz.. Say you are guessing oz. what would you compare 1oz, 4 oz to ?? say 1 oz.would = 1/2 deck of cards approx. etc??

I have an iphone and I have an app on my phone that when I walk, run or ride it measures the speed, distance and how many steps per hour..I have a holder for my phone that isn't an excerise holder at all. I'm sure there is a holder designed for such, and I'm sure I would be able to get one at the sporting goods store..…

I can't seem to find any free iphone apps that will track you route, time and load to FB, I would love for it to have run,walk,ride as well. do you know of any apps ?

If you did or are doing the 30 ds shred, I'm on level 2 is there a excerise you struggle with more then another? I have such a hard time with the double jumping jacks, it frickin annoys me...:love:

Carbs. shock the system
Day 1 carb. completion, under 30 carbs today have 2 for breakfast good start, day 2 adding 20 more carbs. to 50 a day. anybody care to join me in this ?? doing for 7 days..

My no carbs didn't happen today I was weak and ate ALOT of fruit. So I'm gonna try less then 30 carbs for tomorrow, adding up to 50 day 2,, 75 carbs day 3, 85 day 4, 95 carbs day 5, 100 carbs day 6 which is about where I average but day 7 willl be a normal day.. anybody care to join me ??? wish me luck !
