30 DS

If you did or are doing the 30 ds shred, I'm on level 2 is there a excerise you struggle with more then another? I have such a hard time with the double jumping jacks, it frickin annoys me...:love:

    I just started level one and the push ups are by far the worst. The spurts of cardio are exhausting but I can push through them. The push ups on the other hand even doing the beginner knee push ups are awful.:noway: But I'm actually excited about the prospect of [in only 30 days time] actually being able to do push ups for the first time in my life. I like that this program is circuit training, and has me sweating in 20 min with no breaks. Thats the way to do it! haha:wink:
