I've done really well with Gluten Free Rice Chex...LOW sugar, LOW calories...still kinda feels like eating junk food.

Special K (original), GrapeNuts, Kashi, Cherrios. Still all very processed, but I do love cereal too...

I've been eating "Better Oats - Organic Raw Pure and Simple - Oatmeal With Flax". I know it's not cereal, but you just need to add water and microwave it for a couple minutes, so it's easy. According to MFP, it has 0 sugar. I just add my own sweetness with some berries or dried fruit.

Wheaties flakes original (orange box) is low in sugar. It's my favorite right now.

I am pretty sure that the cheerios you are eating has no sugar added. Also unsweetened shredded wheat and fiber one original.

Wheat Chex. Or when I had gestational diabetes I could have plain bran flakes (NO raisins) with splenda.
