That's where I'm at too Getting easier but still finding the push ups tough and sore legs with the starjumps and skipping. Bit scared of level 2!!0 -
Just did L1 D2 today. I was not prepared for this xD but I feel good about myself every time I get through it.0

Oh my goodness! I try so hard to get through her workouts...but I just wanna die!! lol I know it's only a 20 min workout, but I seem to take an hour to do it. How can I push through the pain??? I need Jillian actually here to get in my face and make me do it :laugh:0

I am glad only two days of level 1...but L2 is much harder and I am not looking forward to it, I rather do 20 days of level 3. LOL but I want to follow the DVD correctly.
I started July 31st and want to complete 30 days by Aug 29. I've attempted the DVD before but only managed 15 days with couple of days off, so I am looking forward to saying I completed it 30 days straight.
BTW I hate the first strength circuit in L1, once that one is over I enjoy the rest of L10 -
I completed Level 1 Day 1!!!0

Ok....so yesterday was D5 L1...and today I can barely move!! I was doing really good, but now it seems to have hit me. Here's hoping I make it through the workout today!0

beckysbeauties You can do it, unless you are in mad pain just push through it. A good way to get rid of the pain is to do a long stretch after the workout. I've been taking udo's oil and it helps with recovery, I don't feel soreness anymore and I'm able to push through it.
I will be starting level 2 today. God help me, I hate this level.0 -

Today is day 7 level 1 for me..i still have to stop 2x to catch my breath..the hardest move for me is the side lunges with arms raises to your eyebrows..ive actually gained 1 1/2 lbs since starting this dvd. its gotta be muscle becuz im staying under calorie goal. im dreading level 2 also0

Realised this morning that I might be going to a conference before finishing 30DS but it turns out I'll be doing day 30 the day before I fly to Geneva This means I absolutely cannot miss a day - eek!0

I did L2 yesterday, and surprisingly it was not that bad. I was not as winded as I thought I would be. The double jump rope is brutal and the chair squats with V-raises suck!!!0 -

Day 9 today (level 1) - only one more day at level one to go and quite scared of trying level 2 having watched a little of it and seen comments on here! My legs were v sore during the jumping jacks and jump rope after doing aqua aerobics last night. That bit and the push ups are still the hardest bit for me though getting easier and I think aqua aerobics was easier having done 30DS0

This is my FIRST time...... Just did D1 L1 this morning.... so I am a true rookie !
So far, so good....... feel the muscles, but not crazy sore YET (I am sure....).
Was not as bad as I thought, but of course the push ups are impossible for me..... I keep the knees down all the time !
But the best part was - I realized I need to get a REAL sportsbra...... Those jumping jacks were about to give me a black eye !
So, tonight I am going to go shopping !
I am really hoping I can do this 30days straight..... Also taking measurements, and before pics tonight !0 -
Me too... today was L1D7. I HATE THE ANTERIOR RAISES! I don't feel the burn like I did in the beginning but i have shed a few pounds and feel like I am losing inches. Everyone says they hate level 2-- I hope to continue to see a difference in my size.0
