Normal to constantly ache?
I workout 5 days a week for 30 -120 mins depending on day and activity. I lift weights 3x per week, cardio 2x, yoga 2x and swim once. As well as walk everywhere and take my dog out 30-45 mins a day. Lunch salads?? After some variety suggestions
I get bored of eating the same thing every day, so after some suggestions on different salads. ATM I take a sandwich to work, but wanting to throw in a salad a couple of times a week to stop myself getting bored. Needs to be something that wont go soggy before lunch at work.

Atm I generally have 1 slice with my breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. And I eat whole wheat/whenever I can. Not sure whether I should cutting bread, or limiting how much I have. If so is this too much?

Mfp tells us we should eat back calories burned during exercise. is this true, or should I just stick to my allowance regardless of my workout schedule,.therefore creating a buggy defecit?
