Hi, I'm looking for some healthy/ier suggestions for things to take/make for family BBQs and picnics. My family and friends often get together for such things, and I often overeat as there a few, if any healthy choices, other than just salad. Anyone have any suggestions or lower calorie options of picnic or bbq food please?

BBQs are one of the easiest places to eat "healthily" imo. You can always get meat and vegies/salads....skips the rolls and heavily dressed salads perhaps?

Picnics - frittata/egg muffins, chicken skewers, fish cakes, wraps with different fillings to prepare there (for people to make their own), hb eggs, vegie sticks with dips, fruit platters, mini muffins or cupcakes for easier portion control.
