Riding a bike is so much harder than I remember.

Any Gold's gym members here?
I currently go to The Rush Fitness. Gold's gym just bought them out though. I'm wondering what the enviroment is like at Gold's, are they more weight oriented, or is there a good balance of cardio, and weight? Also what are your experiences are with broken equipment? Do they seem to replace/fix it timely?

Aren't colds supposed to cause loss of appetite?
My cutting calories just aren't enough right now lol. I've switched to eating at maintain for now. I honestly thought a cold would help with cutting, but obviously I was wrong :/

Filling low calorie meals?
I'm just starting out, and I'm slowly getting things under control. I meet my goal everyday, but it seems like a meal between 550 calories and 600calories is my sweet spot for being content. I need to get that down to 450 - 500 though. What are some of your favorite meals in a 400 to 500 range?

Try to understand the concept behind low carb diets
Trying*** My brother obsesses over carbs, but I personally just look at calories, or sodium levels. I realize carbs tend to have more calories, but as long as I'm meeting my calorie goal. What would be the point in avoiding carbs?

My potassium levels are way down.
I never realized how much potassium is necessary. I'm tired of getting tight legged during cardio, so how can I increase my potassium intake. I already try eating atleast half a banana each day.
