Does oatmeal bloat anyone else?
I have been doing eggs & rye toast for the past few days & my stomach was flat as a board. Today I had oatmeal & now I look 3 months pregnant. Does this happen to anyone else?

My God those stairs!!!!
We just got stair climbers at my gym. I normally do an elliptical type machine. But this week I've been doing the stairs. A couple questions about HIIT
Is it more effective if you do it on an empty stomach or is it fine to eat before? And does it matter if you just stand still during rest periods or is it more effective to walk/jog? I plan on using the treadmill for this. Thanks!

Fasted cardio Vs. HIIT?
Yes I lift as well. But as far as cardio goes which is better for fat loss? Fasted steady state such as the elliptical or HIIT running sprints on the treadmill? Fat loss is my main focus above everything else. I'm really trying to lean out & get my body fat down to around 16%, right now it's around 20% unacceptable.

Favorite Greek yogurt?
