Is it more effective if you do it on an empty stomach or is it fine to eat before? And does it matter if you just stand still during rest periods or is it more effective to walk/jog? I plan on using the treadmill for this. Thanks!

I am in for the answers. I am sure the food part is up to the individual but the standing still versus a walk/jog I am curious.

The treadmills are a nightmare to keep turning up and down all the time so I started leaving the speed up and just step/jump off the belt in between intervals. I am actually enjoying that versus fighting the speed controller on the treadmills.

Effective on an empty stomach as in burning more calories? No. I perfer it since I hate food sloshing around my belly.

Does it matter if I walk/jog or stand still? Each plan is different. It will tell you whether to break in between sets or whether it's a walk/jog. As for calorie burns, the more you're moving... the more you'll burn.

Pretty simple but just have to think of it simply.

Thanks! I am not on a plan, so that's why I wasn't sure about the rest part. But, I am the type that complicates things in her head lol!
