Eating clean & low carb?

I had surgery this week & knew I wouldn't be able to work out for at least a week. So I really cut down on my carbs & limited them to just vegetables pretty much. My body actually is responding well to this, my stomach is flatter & I'm not crashing half way through the day. I am going to try low carb for the next month or two & see how my body likes it. But my question is, I know I have to increase my fats some. But, I don't want to eat things dripping in grease or butter either, I don't like red meats, whole milk etc. How can I find a good balance? Does anyone here eat low carb & try to eat clean too? Thanks for any advice/suggestions

I dont do low carb high fat or clean even but I would maybe suggest the following to increase fats
Cheese
Nuts and nut butters
Oily fish such as salmon
Olive oil on salads and for cooking
Full fat dairy products
Avocado
I am sure there are many more than I cant think at the moment0 -
use olive oil
eat avocado and peanut only peanut butter
salmon is good too.0 -
