Came across this video & I immediately thought about all the arguing about diet methods that goes on within these forums. Everyone pointing fingers & saying "You're wrong!" It's so ridiculous.

The guy in the video is pretty annoying, but his message is good.

    i cant watch the video i am at work right now just give me the breakdown

    It basically says people need to stop tearing each other part over their diet styles. Especially IIFYM vs Clean Eating. Nobody should criticize anyone who is trying to better themselves.
