Weekly weigh in - Accountability
Hi, I know we have a daily thread, but is anyone interested in a weekly weigh-in thread? If so, shall we leave it up to the individual to decide exactly what and how much to report?

TV or radio programmes about health and fitness?
Does anyone know of any programmes I can watch or listen to online about health and fitness for interest and motivation? I'm thinking of something light, doing for lifestyle what Kirsty and Phil do for houses. I've tried a couple of american programmes I've read about on here (Biggest Loser) but they're not for me.

Seeds and/or nut bar recommendations please
I currently eat quite a few cereal bars (Alpen Light, Jordan's Frusli etc). Can anyone recommend similar packaged bars which are have fewer cereal grains and less sugar in, and are more composed of nuts and/or seeds? (I do eat a loose nuts and dried fruit mix I make up myself).

Is the bench press a compound move? Is the bench press the only 5x5 exercise that works the chest? Should I add other, isolated, exercises to the 5x5 routine such as those to work the chest?
