Macros or Weight Watchers
I'm assuming there are benefits to both of these programs but I'm looking for suggestions. I do go to the gym but usually once once a week but I walk a lot on the treadmill at home. My main goal is to drop the pounds. Should I start with WW first? I would like to lose at least 40 pounds.

Suggestions for a heart rate monitor?
I have been using a Fitbit Ultra since October and I absolutely love it but I just don't think that the calorie counter is 100% accurate. What can I do to tone up arm flab?
I broke my right wrist when I was young and have virtually no range of motion in that wrist due to some complications so push ups are out. I have some 5 pound weights but I'm not sure how many reps I need to do or what exercises to do to get some definition and lose the flab.
