    How did you do it?

    I started out on WW but I have just tried to adopt a healthier lifestyle and walk about 5-6 miles per day.

    Thank you so much everyone for all the kind words. I still have a ways to go but I know that I will succeed. It might take some time but it will happen. For all the comments saying how I am an inspiration, this pleases me so much. I never meant to inspire others but I'm glad that I am able to help others see that it is possible to achieve our weight loss goals with a little hard work and discipline. I believe in each and every one of you guys and I am here to encourage and support in any way that I can.
