Quick ways to lose lbs
Hello! I lose motivation to dieting a few weeks back, so last week I told myself i would have a week off from dieting and start tomorrow. Id like to lose 6lbs in 3 weeks... Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight fast, like drinking more water etc? Thanks.

I feel so greedy!!
I have completely spiralled out of control, after losing almost 20lbs, ive started binge eating and going over my calorie limit by atleast 500 calories every day! For example ive just had a jacket potato and bolognaise for tea but then had TWO bowls of muesli STRAIGHT AWAY!! im so greedy and I NEED HEEEELLLPPP!!

Exercise and calories.
I've been exercising alot recently but have upped my calorie intake as well - meaning im still under my calorie goal but have eaten more than usual because of the extra calories i get from exercise. will i still lose weight this way?

E-Coli ...
As most of you have probably read/heard/seen on the televsion and papers there's alot going around about e-coli and salads. I'm going on holiday on mnday and really want to use the holiday as a way of helping myself lose weight but i'm worried about eating salads. Would people advice me to stay away or go for it?

In need of motivation!
Although I am under my calorie count, my calories have mainly been from eating sweets/mars bar/crisps today and im feeling like im failing myself and craving them at the same time! Mondays are generally my 'treat day' but this week i have been horrific. Really need some help and advice!

Try Rice cakes with marmite...DELICIOUS :D They're cheap, tasty and stop you from craving food. xx

im under my calorie limit but im over my fat allowence, does this matter?

My first calorie limit was 1570 - i lost 5lbs and now the site suggests i now have a calorie limit of 1540. Should i change it to this?

HELP!
Hello dieters! Quick question, I've been on this site for a few days now and am managing to eat a lot less than i used to eat but always have a couple of hundred calories left when I close the food diary for the day. Does this matter? Or should I try and eat the recomended 1570 calories the site has provided me with?

I joinned this site two days ago, and so far I like what I see - it's good to see how many calories you have and the nutrients you eat, etc!
