My first calorie limit was 1570 - i lost 5lbs and now the site suggests i now have a calorie limit of 1540. Should i change it to this?

Your calorie requirements go down as you lose weight, so you should be fine reducing it to 1540.0

It also reduced my calories when I lost weight which I thought was weird but its working.0

Supposedly the program will re-calculate your calorie needs every time it registers a 10lb loss, but it will also change if you happen to go into your settings and hit the save button with whatever your new weight is.0

it depends on how you feel - it's a suggestion you can opt to take or not. my calories went from 1640 to 1540 after i lost 25 pounds, but i didn't change it. i'm okay with the weight loss being a little slower (i'm still losing consistently), because if i feel like i'm not eating enough i'll binge! just see what works for you!0
