How much weight do you have to lose in order to drop a dress size? I've lost almost a stone now but am still fitting in all my clothes..?! Help!! Thanks :)

  • Honey, I don't think there is an exact amount of weight to make that happen, lol. But keep at it and it will start to work. Don't give up!

Have you tried on any smaller clothes? I was surprised when I did to find out I could fit into my smaller ones!

Everyone loses weight in different areas so it will be different for everyone. If your butt and hips are the last place to lose weight then you might not drop dress sizes as quick at first.

How long did it take you to lose that weight? I'm about 5'1 and need to lose about 42 pounds, so I'm just curious :)

i have found the smaller you get, the less difference there is between the dress sizes. so now less than 7 pounds makes a real difference. i keep going up and down by a dress size at the moment, doh!
