In need of motivation!

Although I am under my calorie count, my calories have mainly been from eating sweets/mars bar/crisps today and im feeling like im failing myself and craving them at the same time! Mondays are generally my 'treat day' but this week i have been horrific. Really need some help and advice!

so now that you realize and are reaching out for help, start fresh right now and switch back to healthy eating today. it is definitely not too late, you will be okay, but pick it back up. just think how good you feel when you eat right. you can do this, you have my support :flowerforyou:0

and the more you eat sweets, the more you crave them....eat some protein and fresh vegies and fruit, eat clean and those cravings should go away. Good luck!0

Thank you! That sounds a really good idea. I wont eat anything else today and for the rest of the week ill avoid all junk food and eat healthyim going on holiday on monday and recently lost 1 stone 2lbs and it felt great! I really dont want to put that weight back on! xx

My lifesaver when I feel that way is gum. It gives me something to chew and the sweetness helps a bit. Hang in there, my friend!0

Avoid the drinks that cause cravings too. for me it is cola and coffee. I want chocolate when i drink them. Stick to water for a bit.0

You've come this far, you are on MFP. This is just a learning experience.
Get some clean foods, plenty of water. You'll be golden!
I drink a lot of water when I'm at work so when I get a craving, I don't run out to the grocery. :laugh:
