What should my fat and water %age be?
I have some scales which tell me my fat and water %age and until recently I've not really paid attention to it. I used to be around 40% on each but I've noticed today it has changed to 35% and water is 46%. Is that a step in the right direction? Am sooo annoyed with myself.
I am so cross with myself. I lost 2 stone starting last June to october. I did tonnes of exercise.
