Spinning class GIRLZ EYEZ ONLY
LOL. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has figured out a magical way to where your girly parts don't feel like they're gonna fall off 15 mins into the class. Should I put a towel on the seat? The instructor adjusted my seat for me. Any ideas?

I don't know if it's just me...
But I really think I should've burned more calories during spinning class than it says I did. I mean I was dripping sweat EVERYWHERE and my legs were literally vibrating when I was done.

Eating when not hungry....
So I know how important it is to eat breakfast, but I don't get hungry till a few hours after I wake up. So do I wait till I'm hungry to eat breakfast or eat at home anyway and then head to work so my body has those calories for energy?

Eww protein bars
I need advice on what protein bars to eat. I tried the Slimfast milk chocolate peanut bar and it was incredibly gross. BUT the Luna chocolate mint bar is really good. Any suggestions? I tend to like chocolate, mint, and peanut butter more than granola and berries. Thanks :flowerforyou:

Confused about protein intake
I decided to try supplementing my breakfast with a protein shake thinking I could cut calories and stay full until lunch, which I do BUT ...now my protein intake is WAY over what it should be. Isn't that going to make me gain weight? Even if I stay mostly within my calorie budget? Please help!!!!

I don't know about anyone else, but I put in playing the guitar on guitar hero as cardio. (playing instrument sitting) I played it for 3 1/2 hours yesterday straight and almost beat the game!! Crap
I thought this one dish with whole wheat pasta and fresh herbs, mozzarella, and tomatoes would be good for me, but I figured the calories wrong-over 800 cals!!! I think the mozzarella did me in. So I went over almost 500 cals yesterday..crap. Anyone have any good for me recipes with whole wheat pasta?

How is it even possible?
My limit is supposed to be 26g of sugar. It's 11am and I'm already at 25g. Does anyone have any advice? I don't even consider myself to have a sweet tooth. I dont know what to do!!! AGGGH!! All I had to eat or drink rather was a weight loss shake, granola bar, and a coffee with no sugar.

Exercise is the best stress reliever!!
Does anyone else agree? I've been nothing but stressed the last few weeks and exercise has been my only hold on sanity. I feel so exhilerated afterward and so proud of myself. I just try to focus on going longer and faster.

For anyone looking for a healthy filling meal
The Slimfast shakes to me are disgusting, BUT the Target brand vanilla weight loss shakes are yummy! Only 170 calories with 5g of fiber so it fills you up for a couple of hours.
