After seven years of a really nice Christmas bonus....got absolutely nothing this year. No "heads up" either. Apparently they need to cut corners and that's what got cut. Couldn't even tell you how pissed off I still am annnndddd watched Nation Lampoon last night and totally felt his pain!

I am also in Plano :happy: I go to LA Fitness on Midway and Park. I mainly do spin class there twice a week, which is a FAST way to lose weight and highly recommend it. I was never really much of a smoker anyway, just mainly one before bedtime. So it was pretty easy for me to quit.

Funny you should comment on this. I went down a bra size and finally bought new bras this past weekend and have been trying to adjust to the realization this entire week lol. It's all good :) I am incredibly happy with this bod!

In the same boat as all of you. Now I can actually ENJOY working out and not worry so much about how many calories I'm burning. As well, it's normal to have a few pounds gain or loss from week to week. My new goals are running a 10K next weekend and a half marathon in May :) Any one of you feel free to add me :)

I agree. It's always good to have snacks on hand. Yogurt and granola is filling or banana and peanut butter....

They have low sugar and added calcium to some OJ's. Not sure why those would be bad for you.

The more muscle you build the more efficient your body becomes at burning fat.

It's by doctor's advice that you shouldn't be doing ab exercises. Cardio would be a lot more beneficial to you. As well dark chocolate is absolutely fine. By the way, 17 lb wt gain at 6 months is absolutely fine, you should not be obsessing or concerned unless your doctor is concerned. At term you'll be gaining a lot more…

Walmart is probably cheaper. That's where I got mine and it's a soy-based protein. EAS Advantage. Soy milk just store brand-I got mine at Kroger.
