I found this on eatbetteramerica.com- check it out, it's great!
3 cups Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal
1/4 cup roasted sunflower nuts
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup dried apple slices, chopped
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Butter bottom of 8-inch square pan, or spray with cooking spray. Place cereal in resealable ziploc bag, seal and slightly crush.
In large bowl, mix cereal and sunflower nuts, set aside.
In 3-quart saucepan, heat honey, brown sugar, apples, and cinnamon just to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal mixture; stir gently until evenly coated.
Press mixture evenly into pan. Refrigerate for about an hour or until set. Cut in to 4 rows by 4 rows. Store covered at room temperature.
*1 serving: Calories: 150. Total fat: 5g. Sat fat: 1g. Sodium: 110mg. Total carb: 23g. Fiber: 3g. Sugars: 14g.
I also mix nuts in to my liking, don't use as many apples, and use organic peanut butter-no partially hydrogenated stuff!
