Doing better than I thought!

I guess I thought I was doing so-so when it came to diet and exercise. Trying to make healthy choices and fitting in exercise when I feel like it.

Like last night, lets just say I was a little aggravated and used that pumped up energy to go run on the elliptical and rock out.

So anyway, I guess those angry workouts have been working because I've lost 2.25"! I thought I"ve been gaining some weight, but I'm thinking some of that is muscle.

I do feel better and it does help me de-stress. so I highly recommend it.
