Does anyone else agree? I've been nothing but stressed the last few weeks and exercise has been my only hold on sanity. I feel so exhilerated afterward and so proud of myself. I just try to focus on going longer and faster.

Absolutely. Exercise has become one of my best friends! For me, I am not so much exhilarated as finally feeling like a pressure valve has been released. I can finally take my tension down a few notches....0

i agree with you. i recently moved in with my parents to take care of my father during the day and its extremely frustrated when you have been on your own for 10 years. i try to go to the gym everyday for atleast an hour just to relieve some stress. i really need a punching bag though to relieve the tension i have0
