Lost my motivation
I met my goal and I am so proud of myself. Then I got really sick (bad stuff) and couldn't workout for 2 weeks. Now I am healthy enough to workout and I am having a hard time getting out there. I had a good rhythm going and now not so much. Thanks

I did it!!
