I weighed myself this morning and have now lost 33.5lb. It only occurred to me midmorning that is the weight of my 3yo daughter. Today's victories
I've lost 3lb this week to hit my big 3-0. Also today is my cheat day. I'm not debating cheat days as each to their own. First deadlifts today
Been working with personal trainer weekly for 3 weeks. 1st and 2nd week she taught me some simple circuits. Today was strength training. Learned how to do a deadlift. BMI
I did my bmi today. I've managed to drop it from 47.6 to 42.1. I worked out in another six kilos I won't actually technically be morbidly obese anymore just regularly old obese. Gives me a mini target to aim at. At my current weight loss rate will be about five to six weeks! Can I stay here anyway :)

Some days you have to admit defeat

MFP/Mapmyfitness/Polar FT7
So I bought an FT7 and decided to wear it to the pool today. Swam 20 lengths in 22.5 minutes so 45 mins/km Mapmyfitness has me at 391 calories. MFP has me at 308. Ive been doing the gym 4 nights a week but this is going to have to drop to 2 as hubby has some commitments to make in the evening.
