    I do.

    Only in a pool, I haven't put it on under my wetsuit for lake swimming.

    I've been contemplating getting a HRM for gym and swimming. Ive seen a Garmin 310xt (or something) and a chest strap for 148 and would like to use it when Im swimming laps at the pool

    Lots of people wear a HRM while swimming. A good number of them are waterproof. People that is. A good number of people are waterproof. I just happen to have one that is waterproof. (Polar FT7, Garmin Forerunner 220)


    ... Now to just find a swimming pool.

    Polar RS300x
    and I have a new one, one of the Garmins. Both have been fine in the water.

    We're not talking diving afterall, just surface swimming.
