Too much strength training?
I plan to restart ChaLean Extreme soon, but would also like to keep lifting heavy (3x5 basic compound lifts). Would I be giving my muscles enough rest time if I did this? Any suggestions on how to schedule everything?

Conflicting BMR/RMRs?
MFP believes that I'm burning around 1970/day WITH light activity (i.e. BMR + Harris-Benedict equation). But when I go to other calculators I get 2144, 2010, 2001... I walk a 3 mile loop in a ravine by my house. The trail is VERY hilly in places, also some stairs. Oh, and I push my twins in the stroller, which is about 75lbs total.
