This schedule is considered "moderate", right?

Someone mentioned to me that I might be calculating my TDEE wrong based on my current workout schedule. Opinions?

Mon: Stronglifts
Tues: Tabata class (30min Tabata, 15 core, 15 stretch)
Wed: 3 mile trail run or 1hr random hills on elliptical
Thurs: "Active Together" class with my twin toddlers for 1hr, then Stronglifts
Fri: Spin 1hr, deep water running 1hr
Sat: usually take off
Sun: 5 mile trail run, or various things in home gym (arm work, kettle bells, DVDs, TRX, etc)

Then my normal days are lightly active with 18 month old twin boys keeping me lifting and chasing, etc.

Is this a decent mix of stuff, considered moderate activity?

Do you have a job that you work hard at, or a job that you sit at (not saying you don't work hard, but physically, I mean)

If you are staying at home for work, or not working, I would consider this moderate, sure. If you are also working on your feet or doing labor at work, then your TDEE would reflect that and be put the next level up (I assume).

I'm a SAHM of twin toddlers, so not quite sedentary, but not exactly delivering the mail either!

Hmm, that seems more active than say, an accountant who will just sit by their computer all day with emails and calculations. I know you have to be going around cleaning, picking up after, walking to and from each room / chasing after them all day. I'd definitely say you have a moderate TDEE. If you see it isn't working like you hope, you can probably guess your are MORE active than you think.
